Phase I Asbestos Inspection is recommended for people or building owners needing to satisfy demolition permit requirements, or for people looking to identify asbestos containing materials in their home or commercial building. This inspection includes the following:

• Illinois Department of Public Health licensed asbestos inspection.
• Building inspection of suspect asbestos containing materials
• Analysis of asbestos bulk samples
• Interpretation of laboratory results by a licensed asbestos management planner.

Analysis of Asbestos Bulk Samples - $50.00/sample

Phase II Lead Inspection

Phase II asbestos inspection is recommended for people or building owners needing to determine the airborne levels of asbestos in the air. This inspection includes:

• Illinois Department of Public Health licensed air sampling professional.
• Work area inspection for asbestos debris by a licensed Illinois Department of Public Health licensed asbestos inspector
• Analysis of asbestos air samples
• Interpretation of laboratory results by a licensed air sampling professional / asbestos inspector / asbestos management planner.

Analysis of Asbestos PCM Air Samples - $50.00/sample
Analysis of Asbestos TEM Air Samples - $125.00/sample
